Installed HP printer Envy 6455e from my phone. 

Wi fi communicates to other devices except  my laptop.

Tried 3 times to fiinish wi fi lap top set up but ends with error code EBSOOPOOO4

Tried removing driver a few ways but each tome said it was in use, which it wasnt

Thanks in advance for any solutions

I understand you are getting an error message EBS00P0004 on your HP SMART App. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
