Product: compaq 515
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Buenas a todos.

mi nena de 8 años mantiene una portatil Compaq 515, el cual utiliza para las tareas del colegio.

hace unos días la tecla "A"  dejo de funcionar.

si presionas la tecla sombrea todo lo escribo, por lo que descarto que el equipo se encuentre defectuoso.

se formateó la máquina y se instala el mismo sistema operativo w7 y nada , no se soluciona el problema

si me pueden ayudar a resolver esta situación.
