Hi,
Go to hp.com/support then enter the product number of your computer
Scroll down a bit and look for software and drivers then click it
Youll be directed to a list of drivers of your computer
Simply look for NETWORK and look for the driver
Regards,
ichi

Hi, @zan-yan
Here is the direct link to the W10 ethernet driver you need from your notebook's support page...
This package provides the Realtek Local Area Network (LAN) Driver that enables the Realtek Network Interface Card (NIC) Chip in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

You're very welcome.
If you don't see the Broadcom wifi adapter and the Realtek ethernet controller under the Network Adapters device manager category, unfortunately, I would have no idea why that would be.
Both the ethernet and wireless should be working.
