Product: ENVY LAPTOP 13-ah
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi.  I have a HP ENVY LAPTOP 13-ah running Windows 10 and have issues with my internet speeds.  I have a confirmed 500 mbps up & down service.

 

My issue is that I am getting quicker download speeds over my wifi than via my ethernet connection.  Upload speeds appear to be ok over both connections.  Here is a summary of what speeds I'm getting.

Ethernet - 100-120 Down / 480 -530 Up

Wifi - Up to 510 Down / Up to 520 Up

 

What appears to be the case is that download speed is restricted to around 100-120 mbps via ethernet.   

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
