Faulty ethernet port on OMEN by HP Laptop 17-cb0xxx

Hi there I was wondering if someone could help me out, I have recently been having issues with my OMEN by HP Laptop 17-cb0xxx's ethernet port. The main issue is that when I move the laptop slightly which moves the ethernet cable in the port the internet drops for a few seconds, this normally wouldn't be an issue but as I use this to game on it is disruptive. I have changed the ethernet cable multiple times to see if that was the port and its not, the question I want to ask is are there anywhere I can buy replacement parts for the ethernet port and how simple is it to replace etc.

I understand you are facing a hardware issue with your HP OMEN by HP Laptop 17. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

We do not recommend customers replace the ethernet port as some are embedded in the motherboard.

The PC needs to be sent to HP Service Centre to get it repaired,  I'm sending out a private message to assist you with the next course of action.
