Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

HP assistant give me the ! warning.  When I open up HP assistant it tells me the firewall is off.  When I click on firewall options and then on Windows firewall, nothing happens.

I had tied this, I ended up calling support, and fount out that the message does not go away when the problem is solved, that it must be deleted.  Thanks for you reply
