HP 3125
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello,

I'm hoping you can help me with an issue that I am currently experiencing with four HP 3125 netbooks. I work for a school system, and we re-image these devices every summer. The problem with these particular four netbooks is that the wired connection, will not work when plugged into the port. So I can not get these to re-image for use in the classroom. I have checked our network, and tried new cables, still nothing. I have tried to replace the realtek ethernet driver, and that didn't take care of the issue. I actually had 8 all together, and by doing a bios update, that took care of four. Now I'm left with these devices that I cannot use. Any thoughts?? I'm running Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.

Thank you,

Angie
