Probably your network uses 5.0GHz to broadcast and your printer can ONLY work on 2.4GHz networks. Please allow your wifi router to broadcast dual bands (5.0GHz and 2.4GHz). You printer now can see 2.4GHz SSID and allow you to connect.

Regards.
