HP 650 Keyboard and Mouse
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Over the weekend we installed ~100 keyboards and mice along with ~100 HP E34m G4 (34" ) WQHD USB-C Conferencing Business Monitor.

Everything was fine when we left the office all the devices working fine.

This morning everything was OK, but then the office started to fill up and as it did the keyboards and mice became far less responsive, now that the office is full they are unsuable as they are so laggy.

I need some urgent help please.

We have a mix of HP laptops, all running windows 10.

Hello @Chris-Pret ,

welcome to the HP community.

I suggest you look into Bluetooth density and what you can improve. Are there any other radio devices around like WIfI (2.4gHZ), headsets etc?

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
