Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7720 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Can you help our printer normally works great but in the last two days we’ve been unable to print. The printer itself is working fine but we are not able to print from our phones. If I connect to the HP wireless connection, I’m able to print
I’m not aware of changing any settings
Our Wi-Fi is provided by the Google nest Wi-Fi as far as I know all software is up-to-date on the nest and the HP Printer. The same goes for the software on our iPhones.
I’m assuming something has changed but I can’t find out what that is and I would love to be able to print to our printer again. Thanks in advance
