Product: HP Bluetooth Headset 500

Hi,

 

Sorry for the misinformation I am having trouble finding anything related to headphones on HP site.

 

I recently bought a pair of HP Bluetooth Headset 500, and they won't connect to anything or turn off. I've tried holding down the volume buttons at once as well as all three power and volume buttons but it doesn't work, the light remains solid white.

 

Is there anything else I can do to troubleshoot whatever the issue is? I lost the original receipt and the S/N I have isn't being accepted, even by the HP site.

 

Please help!
