HP Connection Error- Google Chrome cannot display the webpage or IE

I get this error with several different sites including some of HP's very own like the link on this message board when posting that says "how do i find my product name and number" i get the same connection message.

Please help!

FYI, I am having the same problem in Internet Explorer and in incognito mode.

I'm getting the same error on multiple HP platforms in Internet Explorer. Did you figure out a solution?
