Product: HP Elite x2 G8 Tablet (28R53AV)

My Job requires that I manage/maintain tablets specifically HP Elite X2 g8 tablets. I am trying to get into contact with HP Customer support via the chat option to replace the keyboard as the tablet is still under warranty but now no support agent will talk to me. For every other of these tablet fixes that I have had to do I have ben able to use the support chat no problem but now it wont load or no support agent will connect with me. Anyone have any solutions/tips on how to get it to function? I've used Chrome and Edge
