1 - Type C on right side of HP I can be used with a Type C cable end adapter having opposite end a female USB 3 accepting male USB 3 cable end of 8800L Verizon Jet pack cable having other end being a USB C going into jet pack for a no wifi Ethernet connection?

2 - I can use USB 3 end of Verizon jet pack cable to go into either of 2 USB 3.1 on left side for Ethernet which might be slightly noticeably slower than  right side?

Is speed of Ethernet connection using USB C on right that much faster than using USB 3.1 on left side?

As they are not tested by HP and may not be accurate. However, you could change the configuration at your own discretion.
