Purchased HP ENVY in August 2022. it is now October 2022 and my pc is dropping wireless connection constantly. HP technical support udpdated drivers and it still drops wifi. Tech support tried to blame it on my wireless provider. Well it is not my wireless provider, it is this HP laptop. I have another brand PC and it is older and slower but does not lose wifi. Trying to reach a person is hard. I am going to try reaching someone in corporate because I want another laptop (not this one).
If you are having this issue, IT IS NOT YOUR WIRELESS PROVIDER. IT IS THE HP ENVY X360.
Driving me crazy when trying to work.
