HP ENVY dv7-7302tx Notebook has no internet connection

My notebook above does not go to the internet both through direct Wan and wireless.  Therefore, I am not able to download any diagnosis to check the problem even I have tried some third parties' software. Please recommend some methods to fix my problem accordingly.  

Also, Microsoft has announced to stop supporting Windows 10 on 14 October 2025 unless you are willing to pay for the maintenance just for 1 year.  I wonder whether we can upgrade our OS to Windows 11 though it has limitation in hardware as said by Microsoft.  However, I know some hp users have upgraded their OS without any problem of hardware limitation. Kindly if you can suggest way for me to solve this problem since my notebook is still working properly except the recent internet problem.

Windows 10 should have installed a driver for the Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2230 Wi-Fi card your notebook comes with as well as the Realtek ethernet controller.

Are there any devices listed in the device manager in need of drivers?

You can always use a USB Wi-Fi adapter to connect to the internet.

Your notebook's hardware is not supported to run W11 but you can use a workaround to bypass the W11 hardware checks to install W11.

I use the info in this video to do that on my PC's that didn't meet the W11 hardware requirements, but you are going to need to get your notebook connected to the internet.
