Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My network adapter keep disconnecting and the battery drain very fast in an hour.

Besides, the battery drained itself even though I shut down my laptop (had replaced the battery part).

I have contacted your technical team but regret to say nobody respond and someone closed the case without solving my problems.

 

Kindly contact me personally then I will reveal my case number.

URGENT!!!!!!!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
