Product: HP Elite Wireless Keyboard
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Wireless Mouse X4000  mouse is working but HP Wireless Elite Keyboard keyboard is not.

Keyboard Product Number: QB467AA

 

I put new batteries in the keyboard, restarted the laptop multiple times, disconnected and reconnected HP Link-5 receiver, but no luck.

Do they share SAME receiver ? The HP Wireless Mouse X4000 uses HP Link-5 USB receiver does HP Wireless Elite Keyboard support HP Link-5 ? If yes you have to connect it properly. ope the following driver helps

 

              https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp77001-77500/sp77408.exe
