Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP EliteBook Intel XMM 7360 LTE-A Mobile Broadband Card Fails to Work or Maintain a Connection...

It shows " configuring mobile broadband device do not shut down or restart" 

But WWAN card not working..

Any suggestions please

You did say you installed yourself the rule is MUST BE INSTALLED form Factory. Please use the following post
