HP Elitebook 820 G1
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi

I bought a Bose Soundlink Mini II and I can connect to all devices such as iphone and ipad with no problem but I cannot connect to my HP Elitebook 820 G1.

The process of pairing works partly:

- I put the speaker in pairing mode (bloimking blue light)  and then the HP laptop finds the speaker and I click pair.

- I get a few messages such as installing driver and drivers installed and ready to use

- During that time the speaker bluetooth light starts to blink white instead of blue incating that the pairing process is taking place and once doen it usually (with my other devices) stops blinking white and turn to solid white but it never stops blinking

- I can see the speaker in my device list but the sound continue to come from my HP speakers still.

I have checked my playback devices to try and make the Bose speaker my default speaker but it is not listed there (only the HP speaker listed) even though it is showing in my list of bluetooth devices.

I called osed and they seem to indicate that this may be an HP issue.

Hope someone can help!
