Hello, to whoever needs to hear this.  I usually do not post reviews.  But the HP Envy laptop I purchased for my business is an absolute POS!

something wrong with driver that connects to the internet.  Not picking up connections that are 100% available and in range.  Every time I travel with the laptop this becomes an issue…

every time I reached out to HP it was non helpful.  I’ll absolutely never purchase another HP laptop…beware for those of you considering it!

I understand that you are having issues with connectivity. 

 

Does this happen with your home network as well?

Or does it happen only when you are traveling?

 

Is it a private (Home network) or a public Wi-Fi connection? Wi-Fi direct? Or Hotspot?
