Product: HP Levy 7640
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Internet connection is wireless. LAN internet. MacOS upgrade to 11.5, but there appears to be no corresponding driver. I've been trying to scan a document, but the Control window lacked a SCAN option. It now fails to load at all.

I'd like to help!

 

To better assist-

 

  1. Are you able to make copies and print them?
  2. What application are you trying to scan from?
  3. Are you able to scan using image capture?
  4. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
  5. What is the distance between the router and the printer?
  6. Is there antivirus software installed on your Mac?
