My cable company change my wifi rooter.  So my HP Deskjet 3755 still thinks I am on the same Network Name.  I now have a new Network Name.  I also just bought a new hp laptop.  Now my printer is not connecting to my new computer.  How can I fix this?  I need to print ASAP! Help!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer: Press the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

Once done, connect the Printer to the new Wi-Fi and use the HP Smart App to connect the Printer and the Computer: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_2073929-1413451-16

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
