My notebook drastically slows down the VPN connection speed. If it is in the tunnel mode, the download speed is limited by ~5 Mbit/s while the upload speed is ~220 Mbit/s, according to speedtest. In proxy mode, the upspeed is limited instead.

No other device in the same network follows this pattern (both wire and wireless connected; Windows 11, Ubuntu or Android; the same software installed).

 

Since I've faced with problems with HP drivers (once it disabled all the sounds), I believe the interference with the HP software might result this behaviour. Could you suggest any options of how to fix it?
