Can you please elaborate why this notebook is not showing 5GHz wireless network connection ?
Also, if this is an single band adaptor then are there any ways by which we can make this compatible to 5GHz network connection ?

Hi:
The product specs for your notebook indicate that it comes with a single band (2.4 GHz only) wifi adapter.
You can tell that by the b/g/n suffix.

You have two options...upgrade the internal Realtek wifi card to this one...
Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11 ac 1x1 WiFi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (MU-MIMO supported) HP part # L17365-005.
The only place I have been able to find this model is on eBay.

The card has the same throughput as the RTL8723DE on the 2.4 GHz wifi band, but on the 5.0 GHz wifi band with an AC router, it has a maximum throughput of 433 MBPS.
or purchase an external dual band USB wifi adapter.
Here is the link to the service manual for your notebook, where you can find the wifi card removal and replacement procedure.
