Thank you for posting on HP Forums,

The Riddle_Decipher is at your service.

I understand you need information on the wireless (5ghz) bandwidth connection, (depends on product specs)

I'll be glad to help you out, however, for an accurate solution I will need more details:

What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: https://hp.care/2rSuDJS;

(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?

When was the last time it worked without these issues?

Did you try changing the router channel?

Here's a related post, that may help you understand what you need to know:

Please reply with the details for further assistance.

Eager to help!

If I have helped you resolve the issue,

And Have a great day Ahead!

Product number: 2LS19PA#AR6

Network adapter: Realtek RTL8822BE 802.11ac PCIe Adapter

I have tried several ways, such as network adapter configuration and router configuration. I have also tried to change channel of my router to 36 and 44, but still does not work. My laptop can not detect 5ghz wifi since I bought it first.

@martinanugrah24,

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
