HI GUYS

Please can anyone help me with this problem, i used Blutooth dongle 4.0 to have a bluetooth connection and so share internet through bluetooth from my laptop, like what i did from my previous laptop, but when i checked after my phone was successfully connected to the bluetooth, there was no internet connection, only the internet connection was not working, so i tried troubleshooting it and it showed there was no ip address, no network access, i dont know if this is really a bluetooth problem even the bluetooth was working properly or the laptop itself, do i need drivers or something? please if anyone can help me i would really appreciate it.

THANK YOU

@ALHENZ
Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

  1. Open Network and Sharing Center.
  2. Right click the icon Ethernet or Wireless Network Connection with unidentified network.
  3. Select the Disable.
  4. Right-click the icon and re-enable it.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
