Please help me.My laptop HP Pavilion 15 4A7N2EA dont see wi fi 2.4 GHz only 5 GHz, the last driver was installed.On hp support Assistant i also installed all drivers (includes updates BIOS).I have network adapter Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac PCIe,WIN 10 (64).I try make modem on phone, and laptop also dont see 2.4 GHz, only 5 GHz, but not all phone support 5 GHz modem also not all wi fi in restaurant, hotel and other place support 5 GHz WI-FI.How can i fixed it?

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Wi-Fi driver to the latest version HP has for the RTL8821CE:
Realtek RTL8xxx Wireless LAN Drivers
2024.10.228.7 09/14/2023

It could also be possible that the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi transmitter/receiver has a hardware issue.
