Hi:
There is no information online regarding what model wireless network adapter your notebook has.
Please let me know what model wireless network adapter your notebook has because the bluetooth hardware is located on the same circuit board as the wireless hardware.
If you don't know what model wireless network adapter your notebook has, go to the device manager and click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category.
There you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.

Hi:
Your notebook does not have built in bluetooth networking, so upgrading to W10 was not the problem.
The RTL8188EE802.11 bgn Wi-Fi Adapter is just a wireless card with no onboard bluetooth hardware.

You're very welcome.
If you need bluetooth, you can purchase an external usb bluetooth adapter.
I use this one which works great, and hardly sticks out of the USB port.
