HP Pavilion - 15-cw0000nq
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,
I recently bought a HP Pavilion - 15-cw0000nq. I have some issues with the wi-fi connection and with the laptop charger.

1. The wi-fi connections disconnects from 15 min to 15 min, for about 30 s. After that the internet connection is up again.
I tried to reinstall the drivers from hp website, but it is the same. I want to mention that the driver version is: Realtek RTL8xxx Series Wireless LAN Drivers, v. 2024.0.3.101 Rev.S. The others devices don't have connection problem, so i am sure it's not a problem with my connection.

2. When charging the charger gets really really hot, like a burn if you take it in your hand. After the battery is full the charger temperature is normal. Charger model is 854054-003

Thank you and hope to get a reply asap, since i use the laptop for business, and it gets me really nervous when the connection is dropping every 15 min.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
