HP Pavilion 15 wifi card upgrade

Hello,

I own a HP Pavilion 15-n249sl and I would like to know if I can upgrade my wifi card (Realtek RTL8188EE) to a better one with 5 ghz support.

Currently my laptop has the Realtek RTL8188EE which supports only 2,4 ghz wifi connection. I heard that before upgrading I should know if bios in my pc has a whitelist and how many antennas does the laptop have. I read on the manual that my pc should have 2 antennas behind the screen but I'm not sure if that is true. Could someone help me? I took a picture of the compartment below the laptop where ram and wifi card is located, I saw there that there are two cables connected to the wifi card.

The card I would like to use is the Intel dual band wireless-ac 7260, would this work?

Hi:

If your current wifi card has two antenna cables connected to it, the 7260 AC HMC card will be fine.

Check first before buying the card.

The card can be found on eBay, maybe Amazon too.

Search by the HP part number, not the model of the wifi card.

Make sure you uninstall the wifi and bluetooth drivers on the current card, and uninstall the wifi and bluetooth adapters in the device manager before installing a different model wifi card.

So the picture I posted is not enough to know if the laptop has two antennas? How can I know how many are there?
