Hello Comminuty, 

I've got an HP pavilion laptop purchased just over a year ago as gift for my parents. It came with windows 10 out of the box, and back in Feb they did the upgrade to windows 11. Some time in the last 2 weeks, the laptop is not able to connect to the internet. I've tried different wireless networks, as well as running a hard line into the machine and still nothing works. After running the network troubleshooting on the machine, it gave me the error of the Diagnostics Policy Service not running. So I went to the services window and attempted to run it, and I was given the error that I don't have permission to take this action. This is also causing an issue with the window 11 no longer being recognized as valid i believe. Any help on the internet would be greatly appreciated!
