HP Pavilion G6 WiFi / PCiDrivers

Hi,

Recently come across a HP Pavilion G6 in our IT Office.  It was missing a Hard drive - new one added, i then installed Win 7 x64bit and proceeded to "set it up".

The issue I have is that is doesnt seem to be finding or installing drivers for the WiFi adapter, I have visited the HP Downloads and downloaded / installed all drivers listed but still I am unable to get the WiFi to work.

Also Device Manager is showing an Issue with PCI Device..

Attached are photos of the relevant ID's if required...

Hi:

You need the Realtek card reader driver for the PCI device.

This package contains the driver that enables the Realtek Card Reader in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The card reader enables users to read from or write to supported removable storage cards, which are typically used in digital cameras, digital music players, and cellular phones.

You need this driver for the wireless card...

This package contains the driver installation package for the Realtek RTL8188CE wireless LAN Controller in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.
