Product: HP Pavilion 13-an0006na

My laptop can never stay connected to Wi-Fi. Every time it sleeps or I leave it, it disconnects and it takes 10-20minutes to connect again. It says no internet, secured however I know it is not a Wi-Fi fault as I live with 5 other people who never have this problem and my phone connects fine. It doesn’t have any issues connecting to any other Wi-Fi networks. I have run the troubleshooter a hundred times and it either says there are no issues or that the trouble shooter can’t run without internet connection. I have no updates to install either so I have no clue what the issue is but it is incredibly annoying!!

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Wi-Fi driver to the latest version and restart the PC.

 

The driver will install version 2024.10.227.2, 08/18/2022
