HP Recommended

I got a problem on call meeting since I bought this HP Pavilion ,

video always Freeze and voice always cut every 5-6 seconds

the platform I use is Google meet,Zoom,Fastmeeting,Line video call

 

and I had try on my macbook and Ipad at the same time,same network There is no problem at all which mean the problem is only on This HP Pavillion

 

I called HP Thailand and they  had change my WIFI CARD,MAINBOARD But the problem still , Last time they just told me that they can't do anything at all 

 

Could you please help me out from this Now I'm in a big trouble with my work Because of this

**Due to Covid situtation video call for meeting is very necessary
