How do I change the "use printer offline "?

Select Start > Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners . Then select your printer > Open print queue. Under Printer, make sure Use Printer Offline is not selected.

Thanks.  Your suggestion work to for the printer.

 

The printer printed the page but it was blank.  I have a new set of ink cartridges but only can print the Test page.
