HP ProBook4530s bluetooth not working

HP Recommended
HP ProBook 4530s
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been using probook4530s for quite a while now and now its bluetooth adadpter(qualcomm atheros ar3011 bluetooth 3.0 adapter) has stopped working with an exclamation mark next to it and started showing the error

'Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)'

It had been having this problem time and time again.Bluetooth on/off used to stop showing in bluetooth settings with the device manager showing the same with exclamation mark but every time it stopped working I used to uninstall the device and delete the driver for it and restart the laptop which got it to work after restarting and the cycle continued(had been going on for 6 months)

Now the above method has stopped working, instead of updating and functioning on its own after restart it downgrades to generic adapter, when i update the driver it starts to show the above error after updating.running trouble shooter on it ultimately gives

check bluetooth radio status(not fixed)

I have extremely crucial usage for bluetooth and would extremely appreciate assistance in this .

pictures of errors and hardware are as under
