Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi. We installed a new hard drive yesterday and now my laptop does not have the wi-fi option available. I am unable to connect to the internet. I did everything on google and nothing helped. My network adaptor status show it is working, but the laptop still wants me to connect a network cable which I don’t have. How can I resolve this?
