HP S5600 wireless speaker

HP Recommended

Speaker will not remain.  Does it need a battery change?  I don't see place to insert battery.  Please advise.  Thanks.

Hi,

 

Is it a  HP S5600 or HP S6500  ?

 

             

 

 

It only has Up to 10 hour battery life that means you need to charge its battery using supplied cable (similar to your phone). It has internal battery and you can see charging port at the back (On the right side when opem the "door").

Dear Banhien Provost,

 

Thank you very much for your quick response.  Yes, it is a S"6500" wireless speaker, not S5600.  I have had the speaker for about a year and have always had the cables attached to the speaker and mini hard drive.  I didn't understand that the cables were only to be attached to recharge the battery.  Could this have damaged the cables or the speaker?  As I indicated, the speaker will not remain on now.  I have to continue to turn the speaker off then on for the speaker to work.  However, after I take this action, the speaker still remains on a few seconds and then it's off again.

 

Can you provide further advice?  Thank you.
