I cant disinstall the HP Smart app for my HP printer which is not working.  Furhter it is not possible to download the app again. The download does not start.  Could you sent the app via email to [Personal Information Removed]

Or do you have another option. I enclose a screen shot of the allert with the code of the error.2020-09-30 (1).png
