Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

My HP laptop no longer will work on WiFi but the signal in my home and at work are fine and other electronics are working on the signal. The laptop also will not connect to Bluetooth and sound will not come out of the speakers (nor will the mute button illuminate on the keyboard when selected). When I enter into the Settings menu for Wifi and use the troubleshoot function, it states to "Turn on wireless capability" and also states to " Use the switch on the front or side of the computer, or function keys if available, to enable wireless capabilities on this computer". I have done multiple things to troubleshoot including using an external keyboard and mouse to see if a Fn button was stuck but no function button seems to exist for this model (that I can find). I have updated, uninstalled and reinstalled the driver for the Intel(R) WiFi 6 AX201160MHz, and similarly the Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R). I have updated BIOS OS and outside OS to run hardware checks and everything passed for 2 fast scans and one extensive scan. I have gone to HP and Intel websites and updated all drivers they have available for this model and OS (Intel Wireless Bluetooth for Windows 10 and 11, Intel Arc & Iris Xe Graphics WHQL Windows, through Intel Driver and Support Assistant), and nothing has worked to resolve these problems. This has never happened before and I have had this laptop for almost 2 years. I am debating changing the Wifi chip (ethernet connection works okay), but since the Network Adaptor driver says its working properly, I do not think that is the problem. Other additional information which may be helpful, is that when the problem first started, the Wifi Toggle button to turn it on and off, was rapidly moving to the on and off position without being told to as though a button was stuck hence the keyboard troubleshooting performed first. It is no longer doing that rapid toggling but will just remain off, even when switched to the on position. Also, prior to updating the drivers, I have uninstalled the most recent Window's updates and when that didn't help, restored to factory settings while keeping my documents. An error messaged did show up after uninstalling and reinstalling, but I have since gotten that to go away and I think it was unrelated, but will list it here for completeness: C:\ProgramFiles\WindowsApps\AppUP.IntelGraphicsExperience_1.100.3408.0_x64__8j3eq...\IGCCTray.exe

"The application has not been provisioned". I updated the Intel Command Center and in settings>System Tray> Leave open for faster loading. That either truly resolved the error or it was coincidence, but the error resolved only after leaving it open.

I am not sure where to go from here, short of getting a wifi adaptor to plug into my USB port. Any thoughts or help is appreciated! Thank you for your time!
