HP Spectre 13-v000no (ENERGY STAR)

I have bought a Satechi USB C mulitiport v2 adapter for my HP Spectre 13-v000no

 

Every port works on the adapter, but not the ethernet/lan port.

 

I have tried to download : 

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-spectre-13-v000-notebook-pc/10862121/model/11771... 

 

But this does not help.

 

Why is it not working?

 

Does the computer not work with ethernetadapter stick because it only works on wifi connection?

 

Please help!

The product number (p/n) of your notebook is F4W32EA ?

 

Please send screenshot of windows <device manager> <network adapters>

I have bought a new adapter and everything works without installing new drivers.
