HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

I have installed a new router with 5ghz. Our phones and old ASUS computer can find the WIFI and connect, But the HP laptop will not. Under the device manager - network adapters Intel(R)Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 I have selected Advance properties off:

802.11n Channel Width for 2.4GHZ  Value  Auto

802.11n Channel Width for 5.2GHZ  Value Auto

Preferred Band  Value 3.Prefer 5.2GHz band

Wireless mode Value 6. 802.11a/b/g

I have tried a few variations of the above values with no success. Intel driver is the latest update.  Can anyone suggest another solution?

Thank you
