Hello, I looking for a fix for my laptop. I brought HP Spectre x360 - 13-ap0039nr. I brought the laptop the Bluetooth was working. Later the Bluetooth stopped working when there is a window update, basically it won't show up in action center and only shows up when there is not update. And not the Bluetooth is not showing up on the action center, tried to troubleshoot it it says "Bluetooth is not available on this device. Please try using an external adapter to add Bluetooth capability to this computer". I have used Bluetooth in this device so I know it has it. Not sure what to do. When I checked device manager it didn't show up there but it does under hidden devices. I have tried uninstalling and updating the driver, nothing works. Please help me I am not sure what to do.
