HP Thunderbolt Dock 120W with HDMI Adapter

Since the upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11, my ethernet connection has decresed speed to horrible speeds. When I change from my HP Thunderbolt Dock 120W with HDMI Adapter to another Ethernet Adapter different from HP or even use the Wifi, the problem is solved. But I need may $250.00 USD, HP Thunderbolt Dock 120W with HDMI Adapter, to work completely not just somethings.

Does someone has and advise?

The only thing that occurs to me it to go back to Windows 10, but I really like Windows 11.

Didn´t work the first time.

I downloaded the other firmware (sp110565.exe), before the one you suggested. Then run again the one you suggested (sp136180.exe)and it works!!
