Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e1000 (53G36AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

It looks like I'm not the only one who encounter this problem. I just bought it and one day after I bought I got BSOD of same error code. Seems like Victus 16 with AMD Ryzen 6000 series have this issue as far I am concerned. I don't know how the Intel configuration is doing tho. Got my brother victus 16 with AMD Ryzen 5000 series and he had no issue since the day he bought. Been contacted HP. The hardware team already try to replace the motherboard and the issue still persist. The software team is yet to respond as they thinks it is a hardware problem (the reason why they sent hardware team instead).

Here're the screenshot. Same error. Have something to do with LAN driver as my research on the internet. Did reinstall windows and driver (from HP software team) yet the issue is still there. Please solve this issue ASAP as it always does that everytime I want to use it. Got a plenty of assignment overdue due to this. Thanks and have a nice day!

Here's reference link a few individuals including me complaining the same thing.

Hello.

Here is the summary. Actually I just received a replacement laptop from my DOA unit last 2 days ago. While setting up the computer, the same blue screen also occurs on it with the same error code.

1)

OS Name : Windows 10 Home Single Language 64-bit

Version : 10.0.19044 build 19044

System Model : Victus by HP Laptop 16-e1xxx

System SKU ( equals HP product number (p/n) ) : 6J9E2PA#UUF

BIOS Version/Date : AMI/ F.13, 7/12/2022

2)

3) Since the laptop is shipped with Windows 11 and I did also set up the laptop and it got blue screen so I decided to format it to Windows 10. At first nothing happens, so I suspect might be windows compatibility issue, but then the same error code still happens to me.

Still tho. Reached out to HP just now and yet they still want to send the new hardware. Hmm. Where’s exactly software team. I try to reach out them but somehow the hardware team said they always make it tough to the user. So instead fixing the bios or software related. They insist the hardware team to send the new unit instead. Lol
