HP ENVY
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello, I have an HP Envy 13-Aq0011ms which keeps losing wifi connectivity, and when I click the little globe theres no wifi networks available. Sometimes it does it for awhile and only a restart will fix it and sometimes it just loses for a few seconds but is interrupting schoolwork. [personal information removed]. I have uninstalled the driver under device manager and restarted it and let it download again. I tried downloading the driver off the hp drivers page. I called HP and they tried to sell me a tech support product for 50 bucks and said my laptop is corrupted. The laptop honestly has hardly been used and is a little over a year old. I was not comfortable letting them into my computer remotely even if I was willing to pay the 50 dollar tech support fee.

Hi:

According to the parts list, it appears your notebook has the Intel 9560 AC wifi adapter.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if installing the latest wifi and bluetooth drivers directly from Intel help any.

They are both a bit newer than what HP offers on your notebook's support page.
