Product: HP Spectre x360 - 15-df1008ca

I believe Windows had a recent update, since then, my HP Officejet Pro 8710 printer wont connect to my computer.

Ive unplugged, restarted, deleted drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled HP smart, and nothing seems to work. 

On HP smart, when trying to set up, I can see my printer, but when I try to connect, i get an error message "HP officejet must be turned on to add it HP smart, once the printer is turned on, tap OK to refresh, then select the printer again"

The printer IS on, and nothing seems to work.

Please help...
