Good day fellow HP Owners, I have an HP 15.6" Touchscreen - AMD Ryzen 5 - 8GB Memory - 512GB SSD Laptop purchased by my girlfriend as a Christmas gift December 2024 at Best Buy, which intermittently drops the wi-fi connection, requiring a reboot or restart of the adapter card. I'm 67 years old and have already spent nearly 3 hours with HP support to attempt repair and yet they are requiring me to purchase a 32GB flash-drive and contact them again after nearly 3 hours of troubleshooting already. I just want to be able to use my laptop normally without further distress. Does anyone have any suggestions. Thank You for any help you may offer me, "skipster58"

The parts list for your notebook indicates that it comes with a Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11 PCle Adapter.
The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Realtek RTL8821CE WIFI driver to the latest version HP currently has:
2024.10.230.2
