Hi:

What model wifi adapter does your notebook have?

If you don't know, go to the device manager, click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category, and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.

it is having following

1. Bluetooth device (personal area network)

2. microsoft virtual wifi miniport adaptor

3. Qualcomm atheros AR9485 802.11b/g/n wifi adaptor

4. Realtek pcie family controller

See if this works...

Download and save this driver...

This package contains the driver installation package for the Qualcomm Atheros QCA9000 Series wireless LAN Controller in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

Go to the device manager, right click on the Qualcomm atheros AR9485 802.11b/g/n wifi adapter listed under the Network Adapters device manager category.

Select Uninstall.  Check the uninstall driver box.

Restart the PC and install the driver you downloaded above.

Hi:

Sorry that didn't work for you.

Unfortunately, I don't have any other ideas you can try, other than to factory reset your notebook or reinstall W7 if that is possible for you.

Back up any files you don't want to lose onto a portable hard drive before attempting to factory reset the PC or reinstall W7.

is there anybody who can suggest something on this issue
